Who can access your data
We do not sell your data — not a single item. Only the following service providers process certain data in the course of providing services to us:
- Google (email, cloud storage, forms and spreadsheets)
- Meta / WhatsApp (Messaging)
- Website Hosting and Content Delivery (Vercel / Cloudflare)
These service providers' servers may be located outside Hong Kong. We only select providers that maintain strict security standards.
Data security
We protect your personal data through access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and the principle of least privilege. Information submitted via website forms is transmitted directly to our Google account over an encrypted connection, without routing through any third-party servers.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use cookies for advertising tracking purposes. Should Google Analytics or Meta Pixel be incorporated in future for the purpose of measuring website performance, the intended use and the means by which you may opt out will be set out here accordingly. - Request for Deletion of Data No Longer Required to be Retained
We will respond to any access or correction request within 40 days. A reasonable fee may be charged for processing an access request as permitted by law.
